To my Favorite Clients, (That includes everyone.) This is Steve Wilson, owner of Mount Spokane Insurance. I have a special announcement: I am retiring! I want to thank each and every one of you for the trust you have put in me over the years. Let me put your mind at ease… Mount Spokane Insurance is not going anywhere! It will stay at:
Ilea and Makayla will still be there. The owners will now be Emma Stickel-Cooper and her cousin, Derek Stickel of Stickel Insurance Group. Emma and Derek have the same high standards I have always tried to instill in my business. Together they have more than 25 years in insurance and I have personally worked with Emma on a number of occasions. Mount Spokane Insurance will continue to be dedicated to doing what is right for each client. Being honest and helping each person manage the risks in their lives. Mount Spokane Insurance will still have access to over 80 insurance companies to help you get the best insurance value available. (Even if you don’t think you can get insurance.) I am going to slow down a bit. Reduce the wear and tear on my car by stopping the 2 hour commute every day. (Maybe even sleep-in now and then.) And spend more time with my wife. Again, thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives. I trust you will continue to get the best support from Mount Spokane Insurance. Best wishes, Steve Wilson *************************************************************************************** Steve started Mount Spokane Insurance in June of 2010. He has been working as an insurance agent for about 30 years and has owned businesses even longer. Two things have been consistent throughout those years:
Steve started teaching right out of college when he was put into a teaching position in the US Air Force. After that, regardless of his job, teaching remained his calling. He has been teaching constantly since. Teaching:
As you know insurance can be confusing and it’s hard to remember terms and definitions when you don’t use them every day. So teaching is a very handy skill for an insurance agent. Treating others the way you want to be treated is another important foundational skill for Steve. He wants to be treated kindly with understanding, honesty, integrity and helpfulness. He expects that everyone will be treated the same by his employees and himself. Steve is also a leader in business. He has spent most of his working life as an officer on various boards, including a term as President of a local Chamber of Commerce. He spent many years on the board of directors of a local Youth camp. He is an active member and officer on the Elder Board of his church. Steve enjoys working with 2 of his daughters. (Even if they can get a bit bossy at times. They claim it’s because he needs to take better care of himself.) They still live within 5 miles of him. But those living close make up for the fact that his other kids live so far away. |
